5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refund eligibility varies by event. Unless otherwise stated during registration:
- Refunds may be available before published cancellation deadlines.
- Administrative fees may be non-refundable.
- No refunds will be issued for early dismissal due to behavioral issues.
- If Camp Impact Ministries cancels an event, a refund or credit may be offered at our discretion.
6. Donations
Donations help support the ministry and mission of Camp Impact Ministries. Unless required by law, donations are non-refundable.
7. Communications
By providing your email address or phone number, you consent to receive communications regarding registrations, event reminders, ministry updates, donation receipts, volunteer information, customer support, and other ministry-related announcements.

8. Photography & Media
Camp Impact Ministries may photograph or record camps, retreats, worship services, and ministry events for promotional, educational, and ministry purposes.
Unless prohibited by law or declined in writing before participation, you grant permission for photographs and video containing participants to be used in print, digital media, social media, promotional materials, and future communications.
9. Intellectual Property
